Metabolic bone disease in the preterm newborn：an update on prevention and treatment

Metabolic bone disease is one of the common complications in preterm neonates,which has important influence on the quality of life,even increases the risk of adulthood osteoporosis. Early diagnosis and therapy are important for the improvement of outcome of preterm neonates.
