Establishment of a model of benzene toxicosis in SD rats

The tested SD rats wer einjected subcutaneously with benzene solution at different sites. The changes of hematological parameters of these animals corresponded with the national diagnostic criteria of benzene toxicosis in human body. This model is successful and may be used to study benzene toxicity for human body.
