Study on Optimum Extraction of Total Flavononids from Hypericum Japonicum Thun

Extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Hypericum japonicum thun using one factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were studied.When measured by UV spectrophot-ometry,the results showed that ethanol concentration was 40%,extraction temperature was 70℃,extraction time was 2h,and the liquid and solids ratio was 1:40.This optimization craft was stable feasible and had guiding significance in producing.
