Modeling and Simulation of Influencing Factors Measured by α/β low background measuring instrument

In order to ensure the reliability of α/β low background measuring instrument, the influencing factors of α/β low background measuring instrument were analyzed and modeled, and the simulation software was designed for calculation. The obtained data were in good agreement with the experimental results. The results show that the most important factors affecting the reliability of α/β low background measuring instruments are the instrument detection efficiency and the measuring error of the sample. It is necessary to improve the accuracy of measuring sample and reduce the manual operation error when making the mass-efficiency curve.The simulation software can be used for the measurement and reliability evaluation of α/β low background measuring instrument in laboratory, which can improve the measurement time. Efficiency scale simulation requires the KCI powder of different mass should be less than 225mg, which is good for the simulation effect.
