The invention relates to a quick algorithm of a distorted program of a high-speed CMOS circuit. The quick algorithm comprises the steps of confirming a fundamental nonlinear number K, the control voltage Vi (i=1,2,...,K) of the fundamental nonlinear number K, and corresponding output voltage Vout, and using a corresponding linear equivalent unit for replacing each nonlinear unit; calculating and storing Volterra cores and network responses from a first order to an Nth order of a built circuit model step by step from the first order, and using stored low-price data for calculating the Volterra cores and notwork responses of high orders, wherein N is a natural integer larger than or equal to three; using the Volterra cores and the network responses from the first order to the Nth order to calculate the distortion of a Volterra functional series sequence. The distortion quick algorithm reduces computing complexity, greatly shortens time consumption of weak nonlinear distortion calculation in the high-speed CMOS circuit, and enables the analysis of the high order weak nonlinear signals of the complex CMOS circuit to be possible.
