The present invention discloses a dihydric environmental brakes polyetheretherketone substrate material, the volume fraction of the composition of the brake lining material and each component is: polyetheretherketone 70 to 95 parts of chemically modified carbon nitride surface 5 ~ 30 parts; chemically modified surface of the carbon nitride concentrated aqueous ammonia through the modification of carbon nitride. The present invention also discloses a method for preparing the brake lining material. Brake sheet material in the present invention is a binary compound structure, without any binder, plasticizer, and additives, metals, environmentally friendly, low dust and low specific gravity material. During braking, the material exhibits a high abrasion resistance, high and stable coefficient of friction, without brake squeal phenomenon, for the preparation of high reliability, long life of the brake pad material. The composite preparation process is simple, workability, and can be realized brakes scale and efficient production. This high-performance composite materials can be widely used in automotive, wind energy, mining equipment and sports equipment.
