In 132 patients with generalized peritonitis studied the dynamics of intra-abdominal pressure and blood lactate concentration of peripheral blood as a marker of ischemia-reperfusion syndrome. In this case, a dependence between the severity of reperfusion injury and the severity of intra-abdominal hypertension, duration of its existence and the way decompression of the abdomen.
