Clinical observation of Treating Chronic Urticaria by Stronger Neo-Minophagen C Combined with Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets

Objective To Study on the treatment result of Chronic urticaria by Stronger Neo-Minophagen C combined with Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets.Methods 110 Chronic urticaria patients were divided randomly into two groups,one was control group and the other was treatment group.The patients of treatment group took orally Stronger Neo-Minophagen C three times a day and 75mg per time,and also took orally Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets 10 mg one time a day.Patients of control group only took orally Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets 10 mg one time a day.The treatment period were 4 weeks and the treatment results were checked before treatment,14 days after treatment,and 30 days after treatment.Results After 14 days the difference between two groups was not significant(χ~2=1.24,P0.05).After 30 days the difference between two groups was significant(χ~2 =7.65,P0.01).Conclusion Treatment result of Chronic urticaria by Stronger Neo-Minophagen C combined with Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tabtets is significant,and worth to apply to clinical use.
