Comparison of incubation before and after transcervical hysteroscopic resection of septum

Objective To investigate the changes of incubation before and after transcervical hysteroscopic of septum. Methods One hundred and seventeen patients with uterine septum were retro-spectively analyzed after performed transcervical hysteroscopic resection of septum（TCRS）. Results The rate of pregnancy and the rate of full term delivery had statistically significant differences retrospec-tively before and after the hysteroscopy surgery（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Uterine septum has serious impact on female fertility,TCRS is an effective surgical procedure in the therapy of uterine septum. Key words: Uterine septum; Hysteroscopy; Incubation
