Study on Development of Meteorological Short Message Service in Fenyang City

In recent years,with the meteorological service and mobile industry rapid development,meteorological short message developed rapidly and became one of the important methods of meteorological service.The paper analyzed the present situation of meteorological short message in Fenyang City,and further put forward the scientific development meteorological short message of reasonable countermeasures.
