Design of Cooperative Publication System Based on Web Workflow Engine

This paper brings up a design blue print of Web-based workflow engine. It uses XPDL as process definition language, and implements the system in J2EE environment. This paper also applies the model into journal publication, puts forward a kind of DTD documents of academic journal and a case of the model.
