System and method for preparing nosiheptide premix particles

The invention provides a system and method for preparing nosiheptide premix particles. The system comprises a storage tank, a vacuum rake dryer and an air compressor, wherein a concentrated solution obtained by removing partial moisture from a nosiheptide fermentation liquid and a binder mixed uniformly with the concentrated solution are filled in the storage tank; a carrier is stored in the vacuum rake dryer; the storage tank and the vacuum rake dryer are connected by the air compressor; the uniformly mixed liquid of the nosiheptide and the binder in the storage tank is delivered into the vacuum rake dryer by the air compressor; then the mixed liquid is uniformly sprayed onto the carrier in the vacuum rake dryer by a nozzle on the vacuum rake dryer; and the carrier with the mixed liquid is dried and mixed in the vacuum rake dryer.
