Objective: Aortic valve replacement for bioprosthesis dysfunction is a procedure involving considerable risk. In some cases, mortality is high and may contraindicate the procedure. Minimally invasive transcatheter aortic “valvein-valve” implant appears to be an alternative, reducing morbidity and mortality.
