The invention belongs to a building structure member in the technical field of building engineering, and particularly relates to a steel-encased concrete steel column with a built-in spiral stirrup. The steel-encased concrete steel column comprises longitudinal angle steels, horizontal connecting pieces, a spiral stirrup, a longitudinal reinforcement and core concrete, wherein each longitudinal angle steel is arranged in each corner of the column, the longitudinal angle steels are connected through horizontal connecting pieces, the horizontal connecting pieces are welded on the inner sides or the outer sides of a longitudinal angle steel flange plate to form a steel-encased framework, the longitudinal reinforcement is arranged on the inner wall of the spiral stirrup to form a spiral reinforcement cage which is arranged in the center of the steel-encased framework, the core concrete is filled in the internal space of the steel-encased framework to form the steel-encased concrete steel column with the built-in spiral stirrup. The steel-encased concrete steel column with the built-in spiral stirrup has the advantages of being high in bearing capacity, good in ductility, excellent in anti-seismic property, low in steel ratio, small in section dimension, convenient to construct, fast in progress and the like.
