PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, which can display results that mostly meet user's requirements and enable a user to select a result that meets the user's requirements at most, by searching for a plurality of transfer routes having low degree of congestion at once.SOLUTION: An information processing system is configured to: acquire transfer search conditions including departure time of transportation means, a departure stop point of the transportation means, and a destination stop point of the transportation means; search for transfer routes of the transportation means from the departure stop point to the destination stop point that departs at a given time zone including the departure time included in the acquired transfer search conditions, by using network information; generate route information concerning the transfer routes; acquire congestion information concerning the congestion of the transportation means on the searched transfer routes; and cause a display unit to display route guidance information including the generated route information and the acquired congestion information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
