The effect of nursing cooperation on operation safety and patient satisfaction in outpatient surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing cooperation on operation safety and patient satisfaction in outpatient surgery. Methods In our hospital from 2013 December to 2014 February 200 cases of outpatient surgery patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was used routine nursing cooperation, the observation group was given humanized nursing cooperation mode. Two groups were compared with operation safety and patients satisfaction. Results The operation room fear score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group, heart rate, blood pressure, muscle tension, pain degree were less than those in the control group, intraoperative body temperature was higher than that in the control group with statistical significance(P< 0.05). Nursing satisfaction of health education, mental nursing, nursing process in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, with statistical significance(P< 0.05). Conclusions Humanized nursing cooperation mode can effectively improve the safety to ensure operation smoothly and increase nursing satisfaction of patients.
