Device for detecting tool wearing on shield cutting pan
2013
The utility model discloses a device for detecting tool wearing on a shield cutting pan. The device comprises detected points, pressure sensors connected with the detected points, and ball valves disposed between the pressure sensors and the detected points. The plurality of detected points 5 are respectively connected with the plurality of pressure sensors 3 in a one-to-one corresponding manner, and are integrated together by swivel joints 1. The detected points and the pressure sensors are respectively connected with a host computer which has a function of display. Through an integrated module, all components are connected together tightly, and through six-path channels of the swivel joints, six detected points on a cutter pan are connected. When the host computer detects that pressure of a certain detected point is lower than 60 bar, the device determines that the tool wearing occurs to the detected point, and the cutter is changed in time. The device is used in tool wearing detection of shield cutting pans, integrated module control is realized, and each point is detected independently. Status of the worn point can be directly displayed on the host computer, thereby effectively and rapidly determining wearing positions and reminding to change the cutter in time.
