Rolling bearing rotary connection with integrated direct drive with integrated brake

2008
Rolling bearing rotary connection comprising a rolling bearing having two bearing rings (01, 02) and between the bearing rings (01, 02) arranged rollers (03), and further comprising a built into the rolling bearing direct drive consisting of a stator with an electrical winding (06), which with one of the bearing rings (01, 02) is positionally fixed to and a rotor having a plurality of permanent magnets (08) for rotationally driving one of the two bearing rings (01, 02), wherein the permanent magnet (08) of the rotor to the other bearing ring ( 01, are connected 02), characterized in that it (a built into the rolling bearing brake 11) which is executed (as an electromagnetic friction brake 11), comprising (a copper coil 12) and a thrust washer (13) with a friction lining ( 14), wherein the brake (11) with one of the bearing rings (01, 02) is connected, and wherein the other bearing ring (01, 02) as counter surface for the friction lining (14).
