Моделирование процессов проводимости в полупроводниковых структурах при ультразвуковом воздействии

It is proposed to use semiconductor materials as sensor elements of primary measurement transducers of mechanical deformations produced under ultrasound effect. The possibility of using these materials in designing of deformation sensors and ultrasound fluctuations detectors is shown.
