Experimental Study of Rotational and Vibrational Relaxation in Liquids from Investigation of the IR And Raman Vibrational Profiles

The purpose of this talk is to give a general survey of the experimental studies on vibrational and rotational relaxation of liquids carried out by Raman and infrared vibrational spectroscopy, in the absence of specific interactions.
