The invention provides a method of preparing silicane film on metal surface by electro-deposition, wherein inside a high-pressure kettle containing pre-hydrolyzed silicane solution, a metal base body is used as a working electrode, a platinum sheet is used as a counter electrode, an Ag/AgCl electrode is used as a reference electrode; highly pure oxygen is introduced for controlling the intensity pressure inside the high-pressure kettle at 0-20 MPa; the cathode potential applied to the working electrode is 0.45 to -1.5 V; the electro-deposition lasts for 10s to 60 min; then the metal base body is taken out, the unnecessary pre-hydrolyzed silicane solution on the surface thereof is removed by a high-pressure nitrogen gas; the metal base body is dried and solidified at 60-200 degrees centigrade; and the solidification lasts for 10-360 min. By employing the method of oxygen pressurizing electro-deposition, the oxygen content in the pre-hydrolyzed silicane solution can be effectively increased; oxygen in the solution can be timely replenished onto the surface of the metal base body, thus promoting the cathode electro-deposition process of the metal surface, thereby increasing the film-forming quality of the siliane film and the protection performance thereof.
