Antibiotics adverse reaction reports.

OBJECTIVE To summarize the characteristic of antibiotics adverse reaction.METHODS A total of 121 antibiotics adverse reaction reports were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS The male and females patients were 72(59.5%),and 49(40.5%).Looking into the age,the cases less than 10 years old and more than 60 years old were the primary,accounting for 33.1% and 22.3%,respectively.The top 3 antibiotics were cephalosporins,quinolones,and macrolide antibiotics,accounting for 47.9%,17.4%,and 13.2%,respectively.The duration of advevse drug reaction(ADR) with less than one day accounted for 56.2%.The drugs appplication in departments of obstetrics and gynecology and orthopedics were primarily for prevention,while the application in ICU and medicine department were mainly for treatment.CONCLUSION ADR monitoring should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of ADR.
