Method for determining content of dextro isomers in phenylephrine hydrochloride

2012
The invention belongs to the technical field of medicine, and particularly relates to a method for determining the content of dextro isomers in phenylephrine hydrochloride through high performance liquid chromatography. The stationary phase of a high performance liquid chromatograph is octadecyl silane bonded silica gel, and the mobile phase of the high performance liquid chromatograph is a mixed liquor of a phase A and a phase B. The phase A is water-glacial acetic acid-triethylamine-ethanol and the phase B is methanol. The method for determining the content of dextro isomers in phenylephrine hydrochloride through high performance liquid chromatography provided by the invention is fast in detection speed and good in degree of shunting, inconvenience brought by adopting a chiral chromatographic column is avoided, the resources are saved, the content of the dextro isomers is controlled rapidly and accurately, the product quality is ensured, and the stability of the product is better controlled.
