According to the invention, after the recovery notification is received, through configuring the type and the attribute of the sound session, the sound session is re-obtained, and after the sound session is successfully obtained, the type of the sound session is configured to be recording, and the background recording is restarted, such that the problem is solved that after an application program which carries out the background recording or an application program playing music and the like are interrupted, the recording cannot be continued; and the effect of continuously carrying out the background recording after a first program carrying out the background recording is interrupted by a second program with higher priority is achieved.
