3D printing based on multi-gradient biomimetic articular cartilage preparation materials, biomimetic materials belonging to the preparation process. Preparation material comprising: a modified 3D printing ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene material; dichromate oxidizing solution; Esterification grafting solution; polyethylene glycol solution; biomimetic three kinds of joint cartilage material. Preparation process: 1) was prepared by using a porous ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene 3D printing; 2) ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene porous printing surface crosslinked PVA / HA composite hydrogel material biomimetic 3D cartilage; sample after 23) Step by esterification process, again crosslinked PVA / HA-PAA composite hydrogel material biomimetic cartilage; sample after 34) re-esterification treatment step and crosslinked PVA cartilage biomimetic hydrogel materials; thereby obtaining a multilayer gradient biomimetic material structure of articular cartilage. Cartilage biomimetic materials prepared with native cartilage structure, function similarly, easy to wear loose, good boundary lubrication properties, biological activity sufficient to replace the cartilage effect to some extent.
