Three-hole forming instrument of miniature conduit

The invention relates to a three-hole forming instrument of a miniature conduit. A forming instrument capable of manufacturing the miniature conduit with high quality does not exist at present. The three-hole forming instrument comprises a shell, a conduit inserting port, a control switch and a hole drilling device, and is characterized in that the hole drilling device includes a machine base andthree sets of piercers, each set of piercer respectively comprises a guide plate, a feed plate, a motor, a transmission part, a guide pillar, a spring, an air cylinder with a piston rod, a drill bit clamp with a drill bit, a drill clamp holder with a guide channel, and a clamp head with a drill bit channel, wherein one end of the guide pillar is fixed at the rear end of the clamp head; the drill clamp holder is sheathed at the other end of the guide pillar by the guide channel; the spring is sheathed on the guide pillar and positioned between the clamp head and the drill clamp holder; the drill bit clamp is installed on the drill clamp holder, and the front end of the drill bit is positioned in the drill bit channel of the clamp head; and an angel between every two of the three drill bitsis 120 degrees, and axes of the three drill bits all pass through the same straight line. The three-hole forming instrument has reasonable structure and design, convenience for manufacturing the miniature conduit and good quality of the manufactured miniature conduit.
