Equilibrium Strategy Based Carbon Dioxide Emission Reduction and Waste Water Reuse of Coal Chemical Enterprise

2018
Water pollution and atmospheric environmental deterioration have become a nonnegligible problem for human society, especially the cities that are rapidly industrialising. In this paper, an equilibrium strategy based bi-level multi-objective programming is proposed to solve the conflicts between the government and coal chemical enterprise so as to reduce sewage and CO\(_2\) discharge and increase revenue at the same time. Fuzzy goal programming and Karush-Kuhn-Tucker approach is designed to search for the solution of the model. A case study of the real world is presented to demonstrated the efficiency and practicality of the model and the solution approach. The results of the case proved the proposed method can be used to reduce different types of pollution, as well as describe the trade-off between different stakeholders. It showed that the constraint of environmental policy mechanism would motivate enterprise to take measures to earn profit and also take the responsibility of environmental protection. Finally, a comprehensive conclusion is presented and we point out the future research work.
