TiAl alloy self-lubricating material and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to the field of self-lubrication of TiAl alloys, in particular to a TiAl alloy self-lubricating material and a preparation method thereof. The TiAl alloy self-lubricating material comprises the following materials in percentage by mass: 90-98% of Ti-45Al-8Nb, and 2-10% of Ti2AlN, wherein the atomic ratio of Ti to Al to Nb in Ti-45Al-8Nb is 1: 45: 8; and the atomic ratio of Ti to Al to N in Ti2AlN is 2: 1: 1. The TiAl alloy self-lubricating material has the following beneficial effects: (1) compared with element powder adopting Ti powder and Al powder, all powder adopting a Ti-45Al-8Nb alloy can prepare the compact TiAl alloy self-lubricating material, and holes caused by bias diffusion of an Al element to a Ti element are eliminated; (2) all processes are performed in vacuum, so that the oxygen content is effectively reduced, the facing-up embrittlement is eliminated, and the performance of the TiAl alloy self-lubricating material is improved; and (3) a hot pressed sintering process is simple, convenient for operation, short in period and high in efficiency.
