Teaching Experience on the Standardized Training of Pediatric Resident

Pediatric residencystandardized training plays an important role in the continuing medical education after graduation.It has been about 20 years for the Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University to implement the Pediatric residency standardized training.Therefore,a characteristic training system is emerging which improved the trainee's clinical ability,as well as the capability of research and lifelong learning by motivating the trainee's learning potential under the guidance of the instructor and the innovation on the former teaching methods.
