Purpose Our objective was to study the cellular and nuclear uptake of 123I-mouse IgG (123I-mIgG) linked to peptides [GRKKRRQRRRPPQGYGC] harbouring the membrane-translocating and nuclear import sequences of HIV-1 tat protein.
