Everyone Included, Everyone Challenged, Everyone Successful: Student Learning and Professional Learning

A brief review of an international school that was determined to meet the learning needs of every student, and the professional needs of every employee is illustrated. They simply followed a suggestion by Dennis Sparks, leader of the National Staff Development Council in the United States, that it is better to have a clear, simple purpose that gives rise to complex, intelligent behaviours instead of complicated rules and regulations that give rise to stupid, simplistic behaviours.
