Heat pump type rapid water heater

2008
A heat pump type fast water heater is formed by a preheating heat exchanger, an evaporator, a condenser, a constant temperature water outlet device, a waste water collecting system, an insulated wall, a compressor, a throttling valve and a temperature control and power regulating system. Tap water is conducted with the secondary heat exchange and is heated through the preheating heat exchanger and the condenser, then is used for bath passing through the constant temperature water outlet device and a nozzle. Water after the bath is collected and filtered by the waste water collecting system, and is delivered to the preheating heat exchanger and the evaporator by the water pump to be conducted with the secondary heat exchange and recover heat energy, and finally is discharged through a drainage hole. The temperature control and power regulating system can automatically control the power of the compressor to realize the constant temperature outlet water according to different environment conditions and the temperature difference of intake water and outlet water, thereby realizing the smaller power electricity input, and reaching the instant heating and continuous hot water supply with large flow. The energy consumption of the water heater is only 25%-15% of a direct-heating type or a heat storage type water supply mode, the energy efficiency is over 5.5, and the energy source required by bath is greatly saved.
