The direct expansion type solar heat pump air conditioning system is mainly composed of a set of direct expansion type solar heat pump system, a set of air source heat pump system and a heat storage device and particularly comprises an outdoor condenser, a liquid storage pot, a filter, a capillary restriction choke, an indoor air-cooled heat exchanger, a water-cooled heat exchanger, six valves, a compressor, a four-way makeshift valve, a solar thermal collector and a phase-change heat storage device. The solar heat pump air conditioning system with the phase-change heat storage device is connected with the outdoor condenser in parallel, hot water and hot air can be provided in winter, and normal air conditioning refrigeration can be achieved in summer. The heat storage device and a compressor protecting device are integrated, redundant solar energy can be stored to be used at night or in rainy days, inlet temperature of the compressor can be kept at a certain value by overcoming environment influence, thermal performance is improved, service life of the compressor is prolonged, the structure is simple, energy is saved, and the environment is protected.
