Evaluation of college students' practical and innovative ability in science and technology

In view of problems in evaluating students' practical and innovative ability in science and technology, the paper,based on the multi-dimension,fuzziness and uncertainty of innovative ability,constructed a hierarchic model of evaluation index system for quantitative and multi-factor evaluation of students' innovative ability in question with FAHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation tool.The results help solve the problems in evaluating college students' practical and innovative ability in science and technology.
