INVASIVE HEMODYNAMIC ASSESSMENT OF PATIENTS PRESENTING WITH SUBMASSIVE PULMONARY EMBOLISM

Patients presenting with submassive pulmonary embolism (SMPE), defined as causing right ventricular strain or myocardial necrosis with normal blood pressure, represent a wide spectrum of illness severity. While tools exist to risk stratify these patients, little has been described on the invasive
