Design and Implementation of Energy Consumption Data Acquisition System of Tram Based on Lab View

In order to provide reliable data support for the tram operation Department in the energy consumption trend judgment and energy saving measures analysis, a data acquisition system of energy consumption of tram based on LabVIEW is designed. Based on LabVIEW, the system communicates with the substation integrated automation system through Modbus TCP communication protocol, and real-time collection and display of voltage and current data output from charging piles at platform along the tram line can support 40 channels synchronous acquisition. The test results show that the system can communicate with the substation automation system reliably, and it has the function of real-time data collection and display, and the background data is automatically saved, which meets the design requirements.
