Method bias photodiodes of a matrix sensor with their associated pixels

1999
An image sensor comprises a detection circuit (17) having diodes (3) for detecting which during shooting are reverse biased. It is characterized in that the cathode voltage of the detection diode is controlled by the polarization live from the detection circuit diodes (17) through the reading circuit (20). The control diodes can be dedicated photodetector diodes or diode forward biased. In the latter case, an image is taken in several sequences.
