肺炎支原体诱导A549细胞分泌肿瘤坏死因子－α和白细胞介素－8的相关性

Objective: To investigate the relation of cytokines tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-8(IL-8) secretions in A549 cells which were induced by Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP). Methods: A549 cells and MP were cultured in vitro. MP of multiplicity of infection (MOI)1:20 were co-cultured with A549 cells in vitro. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the contents of TNF-α and IL-8 in different time. Results: MP could significantly induce TNF-α and IL-8 secretions in A549 cells(P＜0.01, respectively). With the correlation and regression analysis, the level of TNF-α or IL-8 was respectively depended on stimulation time(r=0.821, P＜0.01; r=0.911, P＜0.01). And there was a positive correlation between the content of TNF-α and IL-8(r=0.942,P＜0.01). Conclusion: There is a positive correlation between the cytokine TNF-α and IL-8 secretions induced by MPs in A549 cells.
