This Special Issue of Journal of Neuroendocrinology comprises six reviews and eight original research articles describing recent advances in the field of Vasopressin and Oxytocin hormone research based on presentations given at the 12th World Congress on Neurohypophysial Hormones held in July 2017, in Brazil.
