Pregnancy After Gynecological Cancer

2020
Pregnancy after a gynecological cancer is relatively rare, although the chance that an obstetrician will be confronted with this kind of problem is increasing. This makes it necessary that obstetricians are familiar with the risks and obstetric management strategies of pregnancies after a gynecological cancer. This chapter systematically describes fertility issues, pregnancy outcomes, and obstetric management in women with a history of cervical, ovarian, and vulvar malignancies.
