Design of magnetorheological fluid damper with axial-winding structure

Design method for MRD was given through which judged whether equal between wingding cross section area and winding slot cross section area,which associated MRD structure design with magnetic circuit design,rationalized its measure and structure. Then processed electromagnetic filed imitation made by the ANSYS FEM validated the axial winding structure had improved magnetic field distributing in damper gap,and the design of MRD meet require.
