Obstacles and Countermeasures to Peasants' Income Increase in Hubei Province

Looking at the fact that peasants' income has been decreasing in recent years in Hubei Province,the forms of income increase difficulty were listed, the reasons were analyzed and countermeasures to increasing peasants' income were put forward.
