Формирование навыков межкультурных коммуникаций участников военно-музыкальных фестивалей средствами проектных технологий социально-культурной деятельности

In the submitted article the problem of formation of skills of cross-cultural communication in the context of social and pedagogical and sociocultural activity is considered by means of design technologies. The maintenance of organizational and pedagogical conditions of sociocultural design reveals, the definition of the concept "art and creative project" developed by authors is given, the most significant methodological bases of design and realization of formation of skills of cross-cultural communication of future performing musician are analyzed. It is noted that realization of ideas of the art and creative project assumes observance of a number of the principles, and the multipurpose mission of the art and creative project is reflected through the analysis of the leading functions. The conclusion is in conclusion drawn that essential aspect of substantial part of the art and creative project is optimization of the direct kulturotvorchesky environment of development of the identity of the musician the participant of festival action.
