Static and Dynamic Finite Element Analysis of the 2MK2250+150 High-grade Numerical Control Honing Machine Column

According to the development of the 2MK2250+150 high-grade numerical control honing machine column,modelling with Pro / E,adopting ANSYS as analysis tool,the column has considered through the static analysis and the model analysis,the seqv,the displacement colored atlases and five modes has obtained.The research shows that stress and strain is both small,natural frequencies is big,dynamical property is good,all these properties can satisfies the precision manufacture require of the vertical honing machine.
