Фармакогенетика в-адреноблокаторов у пациентов с артериальной гипертензией и хронической сердечной недостаточностью

Pharmacogenetics allows to fulfill the analysis of allele, responsible for pharmacodynamics of beta blockers, and on the basis of results of the analysis make the choice of type of pharmacotherapy for individual treatment of the patients. It can enhance effectiveness of beta blockers and avoid adverse events. The influence of genetic poly morphism on effectiveness and safety of beta blockers in patients with arterial hypertension and chronic heart fail ure is discussed.
