Development and test of HL Type Hydraulic Classifier

The hydraulic classifiers are extensively used in concentrators,however,because of unreasonable designs of traditional hydraulic classifiers,the particle size of classification product is not accurate and the classification efficiency is low.In order to solve this problem,a new generation of hydraulic classifier(the HL type hydraulic classifier) is developed,and the desliming test on ilmenite is carried out.The results show that the classify performance of HL type hydraulic classifier is improved greatly.
