Present time calcium antagonists, of new-generation are widely used in practice of cardiovasculardiseases, treatment including such worthrwhile drug as isradipinc. To the last time detailed investigation of this drug action on lipid change and on ultraslructure of vascular wall under the conditions of hypercholesterenemia and atherosclerosis had not been conducted. In the present work was studing the influence of isradipine on ultrastructure of pial arteries and on lipid change under experimental atherosclerosis.
