Deformation of the Drop with Surfactant Layer

In the present paper, the effect of adsorbed mono-molecular surfactant film of fluid which covers the surface of spherical drop is considered. The deformation of the drop is investigated. It is found that for the creeping flow, the drop remains spherical, but on including the effect of inertia, the deformation sets in and is accentuated by the presence of the surface layer.
