A substrate of solar cell and manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify the manufacturing process by forming the organic substrate as the lower substrate and printing the uneven structure of the pyramid shape with the imprinting method. The organic substrate(110) and the tool foi whose bottom part has concavo-convex are prepared. The tool foil is positioned on the organic substrate. Pressure is added to the tool foil and the tool foil is compressed on the organic substrate. The tool foil is separated from the organic substrate and the concavo-convex is formed at the upper part of the organic substrate. The concavo-convex formed in the upper part of the organic substrate is the pyramid or the trapezoidal shape. The organic substrate is an organic plastic film by the UV curing or the thermal curing. The melting point of the tool foil is higher than that of the organic substrate.
