Rail position measuring device

A rail position measuring device that measures a three-dimensional position of a rail using a measuring vehicle, comprises: a position-location-measuring device 42 for measuring a position and a position of the measurement vehicle; and a laser scanner 16 which is a sensor that is installed on the test vehicle such that it is capable of irradiating at least one web and a foot of a side surface of the track with laser light, and is used for measuring the three-dimensional position of the rail.
